THE BATTLE OF BETTY’S BAY: REPORT ON HACK NO 636

The troops came out on a cold day to catch the early morning sun like so many Meerkats! The enemy was Rooikrans, hidden in thick bush that necessitated cutting in to get at them. But progress was made. There is however quite a lot left so it is back to the same spot next month. Jane Fearnhead provided the sandwiches and Merran Silberbauer the tea. Thank you ladies! Frik Potgieter, Convenor The enthusiasm of last month’s hackers must have inspired a lot of people since a large contingent pitched up and tackled the enemy with gusto on a glorious day.
