The absence of surface run-off prevented rainfall – run-off models being used to quantify the hydrology of the 356 ha wetland located east of Sedgefield in the Garden Route. By Chris Geldenhuys, Convenor This time the Pringle Bay Hack Group was bowled out by the weather on 30 August 2015. The hack was cancelled due to bad weather. The following hackers were ready for the hack - John Whitehead, Neil and Penny Berens, Edward Silberbauer, Frik Potgieter, Tom Dreyer, Charles Hector, Louw Toerien, Pierre and Andree Henning, Ilse and Mike Meyer, Rienie Schenk and Chris Geldenhuys - but were not given the opportunity to apply their skills.
