The primary challenge again was the ever present Rooikrantz, some of them real monsters. The scene of action, along Porter Drive between Vlei and Agapanthus roads – an area notorious for terrible infestations of invasives over many years – was given a thorough going over. - Merrilee Berrisford Kogelberg Branch has always been well served by its committee members. Each year there is some continuity and some new faces. The constitution of the branch specifies that eight members are elected and additional people may be co-opted. Sales of Your Place in the Kogelberg have been steady with outlets in the Kogelberg villages, Kirstenbosch, Somerset West, Grabouw and Hermanus.
